Trump Administration Reportedly Considers Development of Private Road in Yosemite
The Trump administration is considering a land swap that would let Nevada developer Kingsbarn Realty Capital build a private access road through Yosemite National Park, according to KQED and NOTUS. The proposal revives an attempt that failed under the Bush and Obama administrations and lost in court. Kingsbarn bought the 83-acre plot in 2024 and pushed to reopen the issue.

Daejon Labrayae Love, 35, is charged with wire fraud for allegedly posing as a San Francisco 49ers player to lure women into fake investments, according to the U.S. Attorney's Office in Oregon. The scheme ran from 2022 across four states and took more than $1.3 million from over two dozen women. Taylor Jamie Chan, 18, is accused of posing as Love's financial adviser.
