International Folk Dance

Come learn Folk Dances from around the world. Note that we are listed as a senior class, but ALL AGES ARE WELCOME (18+)! We encourage all experience levels from beginners to long-time dancers to join us. We learn a variety of dances: circle, line, set, couples, trios - and more! Research shows that dance helps maintain balance and brain health. Our Dance Circle is an ongoing class and is a member of the Folk Dance Federation of Northern California.
