Got a favorite movie? Ever wonder how the great movies got their magic? This class teaches you how! This class is an exploration of cinema style and technique through replication, imitation, creation of cinema, movies, TV, and net series. The class watches and analyzes famous movies, focusing on specific techniques, which they then replicate in class. First we watch it, then we do it! This class will use short scenes, script analysis, making short-films, lighting, camera drills, and students will practice acting and blocking tactics for movie success. Age group: Pre-Teens; Teens.
