Karate originated in the Okinawa Islands of Japan and has branched out into many different styles. Karate Kidz is a structured class that teaches formalized, sequenced movements which represent offensive and defensive postures known as Kata. Students will also learn kicking, punching, blocking and other open hand techniques. Age group: Pre-Teens; Teens.
