Photo Center Orientation

This orientation course is required for individuals who wish to become members of the Photography Center and use its facilities independently. (Enrollment is not required for those who only wish to take photography classes.)Participants will receive an overview of the Photography Center’s policies, procedures, and available resources, along with a guided tour of the facility. The tour includes the 30-enlarger darkroom, where participants will learn about enlarger operation and the processing of both resin-coated and fiber-based black-and-white prints. Additional areas covered include the film developing rooms, dry-mount presses, digital lab, and gallery space.The session concludes with an opportunity to ask questions about the facility, membership, and black-and-white photography processes.
