Learn the basics of skateboarding from balance, pushing, turning and cruising on low impact ramps and surfaces. We offer a safe place for beginning skateboarders to learn how to stand on a skateboard properly while maintaining our balance. We will cover the safety aspects and flow of skating flat ground obstacles and ramps. We’ll also identify each part of the skateboard and assist in basic skateboard maintenance. Our instructors are trained and experienced in teaching youth and helping kids and adults navigate their way through the fundamentals of skateboarding. Helmets are mandatory.
