Tang Soo Doo House - Beginning

Tang Soo Do is a traditional Korean martial art whose name reflects its roots: Tang (from the Tang Dynasty), Soo (open hand or way of the hand), and Do (way of life). This course introduces students to the philosophy and practice of Tang Soo Do, with training in kicking, punching, blocking, and other open-hand techniques. Instruction emphasizes discipline, physical conditioning, and self-defense skills. Students will also have the opportunity to purchase uniforms and belts for an additional fee.
